NotBAD Media is an ad and email marketing agency helping Australian SaaS (Software-as-a-service) companies acquire and retain more customers without spending heaps on slow, expensive agencies.
Founded by Oscar Badman in Sydney, our mission is to help build the next era of Australian SaaS companies, fostering ambitious communities of founders, builders and operators in a unique and impactful way.

About our founder
Over the last year, 19 year old Oscar Badman has worked with multiple startups in Sydney, helping MuseAI and VetNotes build their ad and email marketing systems from the ground up.
Fresh out of high-school, Oscar established connections in the Aussie startup scene early, speaking with growth operators at companies like Slice Pay and others.
He eventually landed a role as Growth Operator and Storyteller at MuseAI in September 2025, shortly followed by him joining another VC-backed startup VetNotes in November.
